Nuria Aliaga Jover starts her architecture studies at the Polytechnic University of Barcelona, UPC, parallel to law studies at the University of Barcelona (UB), which she maintains with remarkable results in both careers during 2 years. Finally she opts to focus on her true passion: Architecture.

She continues her architecture studies at the Higher Technical School of Architecture del Vallés, Polytechnic University of Catalonia, where she obtains her degree with a Average score of Notable, an Outstanding Final Project and a Grant for a Scholarship for a Specialized Doctorate.

Even enjoying all the facets of architecture and without renouncing them, she specializes above all in the field of Urbanism and Projects.

Her artistic and creative side stands out from an early age, showing great skills in the field of music, specially through the violin, as well as in the narrative field (prose, poetry, theater ...) and illustration developed in various techniques (pencil, oil, acrylic, watercolor ...) along with the creation related to set design in all areas such as interactive sets, light and shadow management, window dressing, theatrical costumes and ephemeral architecture.

Her intentionality in front of architecture embraces creation all the way from the widest field to the most precise creation, designing interiors, lighting, furniture and everything that is considered that must be in harmony with the whole for the final projection.

Her artistic and creative restlessness also includes with great interest the educational field, using her skills as a pedagogical method through the stimulation of children bending fantasy, magic and creativity a multidisciplinary method carried out for more than 10 years at the preliminary school of Sant Agustí, Barcelona.

Later on Carolina Soto Aliaga, daughter of Nuria, follows her in the creative field and decides to study Architecture, a discipline that she had practically ‘’lived’’ since she was born, since with just a few days of life, Nuria took her along to university throughout her final stage of her architecture studies.

Carolina studies architecture at the University of ArchitectureLa Salle Campus Barcelona-URL, Barcelona. At the same time, she shows an interest in music and is trained from an early age at the Conservatorio del Liceo de Barcelonain musical language, harmony and piano: studies that will be used in the field of teaching throughout music as a mean of sensory stimulation in children and adults applied along with other sensory techniques and creativity with great results.

In return, music will also mark several of her projects, discovering the fascinating relation that unites art and the perfect complexity between the technical and creative part that music and architecture share. Coalition that will give place for very gratifying results in architectural and other projects.

Always showing a clear humanistic and social inclination, she also gets involved in investigation projects focused on analyzing the psychosocial consequences resultant of the very much important effects that Urban Planning and the architecture in the people who inhabit them (PROHABIT).

Circus and set designing are part of her concerns, participating both as an acrobat in silks as in the assembly of the different scenographies of these.

Nuria and Carolina form a team that, despite their multiple artistic and architectural concerns, they do not hesitate to participate altruistically in solidarity projects and emergency rescues.
